the bank refused bluntly giving no reason for their decision. the visa organisation refused supply emergency cash, unless i signed a long letter in the roumanian language, which i did not understand. the embassy accepted transfer of money to their account in return...

after having called my bank in sweden and stopped all activity on my card i found it. i informed the bank promptly and asked them to reactivate the card. according to law, the card may be reactivated within three days,after it has been accidently reported as lost....
